The Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers (HK China) looks after all aspects of cricket umpiring and scoring for Hong Kong cricket. This includes developing the standards of cricket umpiring and scoring in the HKSAR and the provision of umpires for League, Cup and other representative matches.

The following is the course scheduled for 2010-11:

Pre-season training for Saturday League umpires
- 11th September 2010 @ KCC from 9AM - 12PM
- 15th September 2010 @ HKCC from 6:30-9:30PM
There will be a Level 0 session in November/December undertaking a full
training session on all the laws of cricket, with extended practical
training (using Hawkeye)
